FluxRay Interactive ("we", "us") operates this website and the related games and services. This policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Forum accounts. When you sign up for the forums, we store your email, a hashed password, and your chosen display name.
• Support tickets. The information you provide when opening a ticket: name, email, subject, description, and any replies you send.
• Team page. Public Roblox group data (username, display name, avatar) for everyone in our group - this is public information from Roblox, surfaced on our team page.
• Analytics.Basic anonymous traffic stats (page views, country, device type). We don't track you across the web.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't share your email externally except where required by law.
• We don't run third-party ad networks.

Your rights

You can delete your account or request a copy of your data at any time. Open a support ticket and we'll handle it within 30 days.
